I was following the documentation for GDALRasterBand::ReadBlock <http://www.gdal.org/classGDALRasterBand.html#ad80cecc562fd48f5783677de625360ac>() and noted that the example code invoked GetActualBlockSize(), which does not appear to exist. Has this function been deprecated? Do I have a stale version of GDAL? I've grepped for that function in both the 1.11 and 2.1 "include" hierarchies and was not able to find it.
