Hello, I recently submitted a pull request against GDAL that adds an option that causes GDALComputeProximity to take into account areas of no data within the input raster and updates gdal_proximity.py with a -use_nodata flag. This pull request is here https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/49
Is this likely to be accepted? It saves a processing step to re-add no data areas when working with certain tools. Do any changes need to be made elsewhere? Thanks, Daniel.
