Hi GDAL Developers: During mosaicking numerous georeferenced images using the BUILDVRT utility (http://www.gdal.org/gdalbuildvrt.html ), what this tool does in case of overlapped pixels: does it calculate mean values for all the overlapped pixels and that mean value is resulted in final mosaicked image? OR anything else? I want to make sure about the actual method behind this utility. Thanks. nils
