Motion: Extend GDAL/OGR Commit Access to Paul Ramsey

Hi,
Paul, who has been involved for many years in the developement of various
OSGeo projects like PostGIS or MapServer, has recently contributed in the
developement of the OGR FileGDB driver. I have applied on his behalf various
patches he has submitted to Trac (*). His area of interest would also cover
the OGR PG driver for which he has also contributed an enhancement recently.
It would be convenient to give him direct commit access to subversion.
