I have a large (>500MB) GRC file that is not being read by GDAL correctly.
*[me@server data]$ gdalinfo filename.grc ERROR 4: `filename.grc' not recognised as a supported file format. gdalinfo failed - unable to open 'filename.grc'.* Is this due to the size? I have other 200MB files that work fine. The accompanying Mapinfo TAB file shows the following. !table !version 300 !charset Neutral Definition Table File "filename.grc" Type "RASTER" (280380.000000,3512760.000000) (0,0) Label "Pt 1", (1057470.000000,2824500.000000) (25903,22942) Label "Pt 2", (280380.000000,2824500.000000) (0,22942) Label "Pt 3" CoordSys Earth Projection 8,74,"m",-99,0,0.9996,500000,0 ReadOnly begin_metadata "\Vm\Grid" = "Character" "\IsReadOnly" = "FALSE" end_metadata -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/GDAL-unable-to-recognize-large-GRC-file-tp6590399p6590399.html Sent from the GDAL - Dev mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ gdal-dev mailing list gdal-dev@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/gdal-dev
