Thanks for the swift answer. I've tried to apply the patch to
gdal 1.8 but it fails on the 5º chunk (hdf5dataset.cpp from line 598)
I looked at the code and it seems significantly diffrent (perhaps
this class was modified since the patch was released a year ago?)
Can you release a newer version of the patch please?
