MOTION: To add Alan Boudreault as GDAL/OGR committer
Alan is already a committer of the MITAB project whose code is used for the MapInfo MIF/TAB OGR driver, and he has contributed several fixes and enhancements to MITAB in the last couple of years. With GDAL/OGR commit rights, Alan would be more easily able to help maintain the MITAB OGR driver up to date with the upstream version.
