I have this command, which I might have gotten from this list a few years ago, for how to do this:
cs2cs +proj=latlong +datum=WGS84 +to +proj=latlong +ellps=GRS67 +towgs84=-57,1.0,-41,0,0,0,0 +no_defs -f "%.5f" -w5 Not sure I understand all of that, but anyway, I set it up and test it and I get Rel. 4.6.0, 21 Dec 2007 <cs2cs>: Sys errno: 2: <system mess. texts unavail.> This is on a 64-bit machine running Linux. What are the steps for troubleshooting this?
