This is an old question: should I charge for IHO ECDIS Presentation Library(including that CD-Rom)? If so, how should I contact with them? Hi Randy, Try in OpenEV/contrib CVS. This could get you started. The idea was to code a plugin for OpenEV. OpenEV does the rendering. GDAL load the data and OpenEV render it.
