Hi,

I have been looking at the http://www.gdal.org/gdal_sieve.html script, and it almost meets my requirements. However rather than replacing small pixel areas with neighbouring values, I'd like to set all these pixels to a "no data" or 0 value.

I guess I could use the script as it is, and then run a raster analysis to find the difference between the two grids to create a mask, but just wondering if there was another way. I need to remove areas of land that are not economically viable to plant bioenergy crops as they are too small.

Thanks for any help.

Seth
