Hi, I'm a bit off-topic, but is this new driver the jpip driver described in RFC_24 (http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/rfc24_progressive_data_support)? If so, that's great news, does it use Kakadu for its implementation ?

Norman, In my opinion it is getting pretty hard to build OpenEV from source and it's OpenGL tile based approach may not be very ammendable to the progressive support you want to test. I'd suggest qgis (http://www.qgis.org). _______________________________________________ gdal-dev mailing list gdal-dev@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/gdal-dev
