For the changes performed by IPA-SRA (but also to spot arguments removed as constant or unused by IPA-CP), look into the corresponding cgraph_node->clone.param_adjustments. (Assuming you want to do it programmatically, if you're just debugging stuff, the IPA-SRA dump is probably the place to look at.) Martin
