Joseph is unlikely to upload his conversion to gcc.gnu.org until all the
tests have been completed.  However, I've done a parallel conversion
using the same scripts and the same version of reposurgeon.

For those that are desperate for an early look, I've uploaded a copy of
this to gitlab: https://gitlab.com/rearnsha/gcc.

Beware that testing is *still* in progress, but hopefully this will be
identical to the version that Joseph finally uploads.

Please let us know, ASAP, if you see any *critical* issues.
