Which one? The dynarray type in http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2013/n3662.html was never meant to be part of C++17, it was part of a separate Technical Specification on Array Extensions, but is now dead in the water as nobody knows how to implement it.
