yes, we are happy to accept mirrors. Procedure-wise, just go ahead and start mirroring ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc and then send us a patch for http://gcc.gnu.org/mirrors.html and I'll take care of that (feel free to copy me). Thanks, Gerald
