I am a student of Dnipropetrovsk National University. I am studying on
the fourth course.
I want to do 'Precision in Wording' for gcc.
Clang can shows exact description of the error with the instructions
how to fix it and I often need to use clang  to determine the error,
especially if the error in templates or containers.
I want to gcc to be able to print the same beautiful message-error.
