Well, the application of the organizations only starts in about three weeks* and which orgs will be participating is only announced on April 8. However, it is very likely that GCC will participate.

Are you volunteering to become the org admin? Diego has indicated that he won't do it this year … (If/as no one else does it, I offered to accept the chore.)
