Ian,
   Actually my ping today finally got a response. They are having a 
conference call tomorrow with UC's IP folks. Apparently FSF legal
has 'recommendations' to UC's proposed disclaimer. All of this crap
just because UC won't sign a blanket disclaimer for all employees.
If they are still pushing the blanket disclaimer back at UC, I think
I'll scream.
