Note that this is getting off topic for this list.

gprbuild gpl 2010 is really intended to be built with GNAT GPL 2010,
and can't always be compatible with more recent GNAT versions (even if in
general it should be).

The change here should be trivial to do in the source code, so if you are
interested in compiling gprbuild from sources you can always modify the source
directly, or you can simply use the prebuilt gprbuild binary (or compile it
with GNAT GPL 2010).
