Who or what is this "something" that tells you that?  4.5.1 was released
August 8th.  It would be very unusual to see a 4.5.2 this quickly, and
no schedule was announced.

this is not a promise (it would be good to hear about whether the testing
Jakub referred to shows performance degradations or not).

(note that I'm only an experienced observer here and have nothing to do
with decisions about when things are ripe for release).
