Using '-O0/-O1/-O2' in place of '-O3' option, works just fine!
Confirmed. Note that this does not occur with the other cross-targets
compiled from the same snapshot (i686-pc-mingw32, x86_64-w64-mingw32,
i686-pc-linux-gnu), even with -O3.
