I ran this script, and verified that it runs daily, 55 minutes after midnight UTC. If you are not using GPL 2.0 nor FDL 1.2 anymore in libstdc++ (and we should not be using these two anymore in all of GCC), we shold remove them. Would you mind doing that or should I give it a try?
