loading output of -fdump-tree-original-raw

Hi all,

For the purposes of static analysis, can the output of 
-fdump-tree-original-raw complete for reconstructing GENERIC data?  
Packages like treehydra are intriguing, but they aren't complete, for 
example, for Fortran.
