Although that's true, the stated concern with the assignment document had to do with the question of the right to contribute the code. But I'm confused here: if the entity submitting the code doesn't use an assignment document to guarantee that he has the right to contribute the code, then what document DOES that entity sign? What DOES make sure that no third party has a claim on the submitted code?
