We are seeing tests posted, at least, even if the volume isn't what it probably should be for a primary. If people aren't testing the trunk on a daily basis, changes that break the platform won't be noticed for some time, and fixing that platform will be much harder if no one tests for a few months, and other work has been built on top of the change that broke the platform. I'm not saying that I support Benjamin's proposal, but I suggest that it be interpreted as a request, coupled with an implied threat: if you want a platform to continue as a primary platform, there has to be testing, as well as assistance to fix problems when they crop up. If no one tests the trunk on a platform for months at a time, because they "move slowly and cautiously", the quality of that port will seriously decline.
