Hi HJ! If you look at the website, it says that the paper deadline has been extended to April 11. It also has abstracts of the accepted talks: if you submitted a paper and it's not here: http://www.gccsummit.org/2008/speakers.php?types=TALK
Then I think it's safe to say that it was not accepted. best, benjamin
