Is there a way to handle this situation? svn/svk questions should go to those lists. Briefly, you merge in trunk into your branch: svn merge base gcc/trunk . Or, you can take svn diff mybranch-base mybranch and apply that as a patch to a checkout of trunk. These are source code management 101 style questions. While we might be able to offer help if you get stuck, better would be to punt you to the svn/svk docs and users lists.
