1. Appointed Tom Tromey as a non-algorithmic maintainer for the preprocessor. Congratulations, Tom! 2. Appointed the C and C++ maintainers as co-maintainers of the preprocessor. This appointment is not personal; rather, it is intended to indicate that, at any given point in time, any C/C++ maintainer is also a preprocessor maintainer. In short, the decision is to consider the preprocessor a component of the C and C++ front ends, from a maintenance perspective.
