Objective-C++ is already done. Parts not done might include,
Objective-C style exceptions interoperating with C++ style
exceptions. Beyond that, just random bug fixes.

objective-c is compiled
It is compiled just like C is compiled. Objective C++ is compiled
just like C++ is compiled.
