Hmm, I guess the following patch will fix this. The issue is that we're using GCC dwarf2 EH mechanim by default under Windows, using yet to be submitted mingw patches, so this support cannot be enabled yet at the FSF. The patch is preapproved, assuming it fixes the issue.
