The first release candidate for GCC 13.5 is available from https://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/13.5.0-RC-20260904/
and shortly its mirrors. It has been generated from git commit r13-10509-g3c92f70d174a1b. I have so far bootstrapped and tested the release candidate on x86_64-linux-gnu. Please test it and report any issues to bugzilla. If all goes well, we'd like to release 13.5 on Friday, September 11th.
