IMHO, yes. It may end up being a duplicate, but we won't know if it
doesn't get filed and analyzed.
The underlying causes for this kind of problem can result in bootstrap
failures and it's far easier to debug something small like that testcase
rather than debugging any we got this kind of failure on GCC itself.
