In my experience, he usually processes document requests on the weekends and it can take 1-2 weeks before he responds. But he often picks up the pace the closer to the mailing deadline we get. You can CC Robert Seacord (the convener) to ensure he knows a submission came before the deadline, he might give wiggle room for a "late" entry if the agenda isn't already packed. ~Aaron
