If it were accurate enough, Steve would not have run into the problem he
reported earlier.  The problem wasn't whether it was a standard URI/URL.
The issue is to provide sufficient info so that people don't have to
figure it out the hard way.
Moving to new "technology" is sufficiently distracting enough that
minimizing frustration should appear near the top of checklist.
