I think no one is currently working on OMPD or is planning to do so in
the near future - but support for OMPD would be surely nice.
It is surely to late for GCC 14, but it would be awesome if it could
make it into GCC 15 - i.e. into the new mainline once GCC 14 has branched.
If you have time for OMPD work even earlier, I think some limited patch
review is possible, but once GCC is in stage 1 (when GCC 14 is released),
I can certainly try to participate more.
