Oh, i've just seen that: http://www.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/white_paper/POWRPCARCPRMRM.pdf where it says on Page 12: The e200z6, implemented in the MPC5556 microcontroller, is code-compatible with e500 core (including isel, SPE, and single-precision floating-point APUs).
