Value range propagation pass in 4.0.1 RC1 (or not)

Hi there

does the 4.0.1 RC1 include the value range propagation (VRP) ssa-based pass
developed by Diego Novillo?

If not what is the VRP status at the CVS for the C language? Is it basically
working?
