I noticed some 4.0.0 regressions in SciMark noted here: http://www.coyotegulch.com/reviews/gcc4/index.html So I've thought I might try to chase down the regressions in Sparse MIPS and LU MIPS... but that will have to wait a while while I catch up on other things.
