How long has "make check" required autogen? Or alternatively, how long
has "make check" required fixincludes?
Autogen doesn't build on cygwin, or at least none of the versions I've
tried so far. Nor is there any official cygwin autogen package available.
So unless there's something me and google have overlooked, I don't think
anyone's going to be doing any testing of 4.x on cygwin.....
