Aditi, Sorry, I personally don't have any experience producing a new front end for gcc, but the below represents the way I'd approach learning how to go about it; but suspect the only way you're going to successfully integrate a new language front-end into gcc is to begin ripping into the C/C++/Java front-ends and discover what you need to know.
