Update Rust type-checking to reuse TypeCheckPattern on HIR::LetStmt's.
This will unify the paths and improve error handling.
gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* typecheck/rust-hir-type-check-stmt.cc (TypeCheckStmt::visit): Cleanup
LetStmt
type checking.
