To reproduce:

$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check RUNTESTFLAGS="dg.exp=gcc.dg/pr118947-1.c 
--target_board='unix{-m32\ -march=cascadelake}'"
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check RUNTESTFLAGS="dg.exp=gcc.dg/pr118947-1.c 
--target_board='unix{-m64\ -march=cascadelake}'"
