To reproduce:
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check
RUNTESTFLAGS="gomp.exp=c-c++-common/gomp/declare-variant-duplicates.c
--target_board='unix{-m32}'"
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check
RUNTESTFLAGS="gomp.exp=c-c++-common/gomp/declare-variant-duplicates.c
--target_board='unix{-m32\ -march=cascadelake}'"
