        Add inclusion of gimple-ssa.h, tree-into-ssa.h.
        (ivs_params_clear):
        (build_iv_mapping): New function.
        (translate_isl_ast_node_user): Likewise.
        (translate_isl_ast): Add calling of translate_isl_ast_node_user.
