        with "chkp ctor" and "bnd_legacy" attributes.
        * gimplify.c (gimplify_init_constructor): Avoid infinite
        loop during gimplification of bounds initializer.
This is OK for the trunk.  Per Richi's request, please hold off 
committing until the entire series is approved.
