Hi!
This patch installs some headers that were newly added in 4.9 (other than
cilk/vtable-verify/omp/ubsan headers), which might be needed by some
plugins.
Bootstrapped/regtested on x86_64-linux and i686-linux.
Ok for trunk/4.9?
