[PATCH 15/16] tree-ssa-loop-manip.c: use gimple_phi in three places

gcc/
        * tree-ssa-loop-manip.c (add_exit_phi): Convert local "phi" to be a
        gimple_phi.
        (split_loop_exit_edge): Likewise for "phi" and "new_phi".
