gfortran.dg/bind_c_array_params_2.f90 fails for some mips*-linux-gnu
combinations because we output the linker hint:
.reloc 1f,R_MIPS_JALR,myBindC
as well as the call itself.
Fixed by passing the option that disables this feature. Tested on
mips64el-linux-gnu and applied.
