I don't think mentioning what old GCC versions did is necessary, thus, ok
without

+Since GCC 4.7 it is only possible to download the full source distribution,
+not specific components.
+In GCC 3.0 and later versions, the GNU compiler
 testsuites are also included in the full distribution.
