Agreed. I've no idea if the SC appointed one when it accepted
libsanitizer etc. into GCC.

I don't care: in similar cases for libgo, Ian applies the patch to the
gcc tree at once and at about the same time installs it upstream so it
isn't lost with the next import from upstream.
